    Garlic Parmesan Green Beans:

    Ingredients:

    • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • Salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions:

    • Bring a large pot of interspersed water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 2- 3 minutes until they turn bright green. Drain and set away.

      • In a large skillet, toast the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and sauté for 1- 2 minutes until ambrosial.

        • Add the blanched green beans to the skillet and toss to fleece them unevenly in the garlic- infused oil painting. Sauté for an fresh 2- 3 minutes until the beans are tender-crisp.
